Variety is very important in popularity.

Waitresses also increase in numbers as you level up, but don’t worry because diners or customers doesn’t have moods and will wait to be serve. However you have to have enough chairs and tables for all the customers. If no chair and table is available, they will just leave. But unlike other restaurant game, you can maximize you cafe space, no need to set space where your customers can walk. As long as there’s a chair in front of a table your customers will be all good.
